We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support the Discovery and Delivery phases of our 3-year Digital, Technology, and Cyber Security Strategy. This strategy will drive growth, foster innovation, and mitigate risks for the organisation.


Projects Overview:

  • Enterprise Architecture Practice (Continuous Improvement/Continuous Delivery)
  • Privileged Access Management (PAM)
  • Password Management Software (PMS)
  • Immutable Backups
  • IMB Documentation/Wiki Software (Confluence)
  • Discovery for Artificial Intelligence (AI) Toolsets
  • Cyber Defensive Capability (DDOS, Active Cyber Defense)


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong understanding of HERA, MSPOL, and O365.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Previous Business Analyst experience with network, platform (VMware), SNOW, and security applications.
  • Expertise in defining functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Process mapping and finance target operating models.
  • Transition management for digital and technology projects.
  • Product and service evaluations.
  • Stakeholder engagement and communication planning.
  • Benefit realization management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Document functional and non-functional requirements for software and systems.
  • Define the primary purpose and scope of new software products.
  • Analyze systems, web services, software, and applications to address business challenges.
  • Ensure the integration of new systems with existing business processes.
  • Evaluate and document technical requirements for various projects.
  • Assess product licenses to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide detailed project reports to the Project Manager for approval.
  • Design and maintain customer portals for support and feedback.
  • Ensure system and hardware compatibility with software updates.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and end-users to assess system performance.
  • Gather requirements and acceptance criteria for successful project delivery.
  • Ensure end-user proficiency and integration with existing systems.



This is a crucial role for ensuring successful implementation and continuous improvement of our digital and cyber security strategy. The ideal candidate will have a background in business analysis across a range of technical domains.
