Associate Director, Talent Management
What do you become part of:
In this role, you will, together with the Director Talent Management, define, build and implement enterprise wide Talent Management structures and processes to ensure we support CCEP’s business growth through the management, development and deployment of our talent.
Your team: As Talent CoE our team ensures CCEP’s talent management approach aligns with our business goals and drives growth, for CEEP and our people. We collaborate with BU and functional stakeholders to build a strong talent pipeline, combining internal and external expertise while focusing on diversity, inclusion, and key skills and capabilities. By using the right technology and promoting a global, cross-functional talent pool, we aim to prepare our workforce for future challenges ahead of opportunities.
What you will do:
The role emphasizes advancing Succession Planning and Talent Reviews by enhancing overall CCEP succession planning maturity and focusing on identifying high-potential individuals and critical roles. It also involves supporting the Director of Talent Management in preparing ELT and Critical roles for Commercial and CSSC Talent Reviews, ensuring the organization is equipped with a robust leadership pipeline.
A significant focus is placed on mid-career talent assessment and pipeline development to secure the succession strength for local and functional leadership roles. This includes identifying, assessing, and fostering the growth of emerging leaders, as well as collaborating with business units (BUs) and functions to establish a consistent approach to assessment and development for mid-career talent.
Career Hub plays a central role in the talent strategy, requiring a clear roadmap and implementation plan to establish it as the primary platform for employee growth and development. The AD role will play a key role to lead the rollout of a company-wide skills framework for the Career Hub which is essential for enabling skills-powered talent management, succession planning, and workforce intelligence. This involves managing change, aligning stakeholders, and addressing technology implications to support the skills-based approach. Additionally, the role includes ongoing partnership with BU Learning & Talent leads and P&C BPs to facilitate implementation, build capability, and share expertise. By staying updated on the latest developments in talent management, the role provides thought leadership to enhance and refine the organization's approach.
