DKF is currently representing a leading asbestos consultancy specializing in tailored asbestos solutions. They offer comprehensive asbestos services, including inspections, testing across the region, all provided by experienced professionals. We are seeking an enthusiastic and initiative-taking Dual-Skilled Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to join their established and expanding team of consultants. As client demand for inspection and testing in their region grows, they need an experienced consultant to deliver accredited services to a high standard. The ideal candidate will also possess the ability to advise customer contacts on best practices for asbestos management.



What your core responsibilities would be:

  • Conducting thorough Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos Surveys in various sites including commercial and industrial properties.
  • Perform reinspection’s of known ACMs by collecting samples, and accurately record data to evaluate the presence and condition of any asbestos.
  • To provide quality Air monitoring and fibre counting.
  • Conduct Four Stage Clearances and ensure they are being implemented to a high standard.
  • Experience in collecting site data using TEAMS software (desired but no essential as training can be provided).
  • To provide quality services and information to clients, must be able to demonstrate good practice of the industry and ensure legislation are maintained.
  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with clients.



Must have criteria for consideration:

  • Hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Hold a BOHS P402, P403 & P404 equivalent qualifications.
  • At least 3 years’ experience of asbestos site work.
  • Knowledge and understanding of HSG 264 / 248 while being able to implement guidance on the site.
  • Ideal candidate will be able to achieve the highest standards while maintaining a professional attitude with strong verbal and written communication.
  • Experience using the TEAMS software is desirable but not essential (training can be provided).
  • Willing to travel across Yorkshire, with some occasional nationwide travel.
