Role Description
The Account Executive position within the Commercial Team is to grow the commercial department by bringing in regular and profitable streams of new business. This will include organic growth from an existing customer base and also employing external sales and marketing strategies. While primarily based in South Kensington, the role offers flexibility for remote work as well.
Based at:
Melton Court, South Kensington. Regular travel to various dealerships & clients would be expected
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of servicing and developing new and renewal business and driving revenue via organic and external sources.
- Identify commercial opportunities within existing High Net Worth client base.
- Spend time with the various departments / dealerships within the business to increase referrals for commercial insurance.
- Work closely with the Commercial Manager to ensure service, review, and sign off of policies, endorsements, audits, certificates, etc. are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Good understanding of effective prospecting & lead generation strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant insurance laws and company policies.
- Cross-sell high net worth products like Motor & Household to any commercial clients.
The ideal candidate:-
- Must have a proven experience in insurance sales or related field. Experience in customer service or client management is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Must have good analytical skills and have the ability to assess a clients insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
- Acturis knowledge preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a key member of a client team.

- Mon – Friday, 9am – 5pm
- A combination of office based and home based (flexibility to be discussed) Company laptop and mobile phone supplied
- Salary – negotiable dependent on experience
