About the job:

As the General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the pub’s success, leading a team to uphold our high standards while fostering a welcoming atmosphere. You will be responsible for shaping the guest experience, manage operations efficiently, and lead the team to excel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and manage a team to deliver outstanding customer service.

About you:

  • Full UK drivers licence – You will need your own transport
  • Proven experience as a General Manager, ideally in a gastro pub or similar high-quality hospitality venue.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with a hands-on, proactive approach.
  • A passion for food, drink, and exceptional service.
  • Experience in managing budgets, targets, and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A positive, enthusiastic personality that resonates with both staff and customers.
