Our client is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to lead key initiatives, including:
- Designing assembly and hydraulic test processes tailored to the oil and gas sector.
- Driving lean projects to streamline operations and reduce waste.
- Implementing advanced controls and automation systems to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Supporting new product introductions, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
- Optimising production flows for high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- A solid background in the oil and gas industry, with hands-on experience in manufacturing and assembly.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a strong technical foundation.
- Proven expertise in lean principles, hazard identification, and resource optimisation.
- A proactive approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and a desire to continuously improve processes.
- Experience in Design for Excellence (DfX) principles and a track record of creating efficiency's in complex environments.
