The Role

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be the face of the business in the Midlands, responsible for driving new business and deepening relationships with existing clients. You’ll develop and execute strategies to increase market penetration, ensuring the company remains the go-to provider in the industry. Reporting to the Sales Director, your focus will be on achieving sales targets and growing market share across a high-potential territory.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive regional sales by developing strategies to grow market presence and exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, for orders ranging from £20K - £2M.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across various sectors.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, providing clients with a consultative sales approach and ensuring exceptional customer experience.
  • Provide insights and reports on territory performance and market trends.


About You

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the materials handling, industrial equipment, or similar sectors. You’re a natural relationship builder with a strategic mindset and the ability to manage complex sales cycles.

  • 5+ years in a B2B sales role, ideally within materials handling or industrial solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and drive market growth.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
