We are looking for creative visionary with a passion for bringing ideas to life in video and animation. We are on the hunt for a talented Motion Graphics Designer to join our inhouse and vibrant marketing team. You will shape the visual storytelling for our multiple FinTech consumer brands by producing animated ads, dynamic banners, and compelling video content, in paid channels and social platforms. If you will have a knack for turning concepts into brilliant videos, this is the perfect opportunity for you to shine and make a big impact on our digital presence.

The role with involve

Design / Video Production, editing

Create videos and edit, for marketing campaigns, social media, training, and internal communication across multiple brands.

Use video editing software to enhance visuals, add effects

Create story boards, storytelling, bring ideas to life, Work closely with the copy team.

Lead content creation with ideas, storyboard development to filming, editing, and final stages.

Collaborate with internal teams to take ideas to compelling visual stories.

Produce original video content that aligns with each brand’s tone and messaging.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing and design software (eg Figma, Adobe, Canva, Unbounce).

Knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and audio setup would be useful.

Possess graphic design skills to support creative requirements.

Collaboration and Communication


Qualifications

Essential:

  • Experience as a Motion Graphics Designer – excellent knowledge for short video for a variety of social platforms (Instagram, snapchat, Facebook)
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and similar tools.
  • Strong portfolio of motion graphics and video editing work.
  • Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to turn around time sensitive pieces as well as longer campaigns
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
