We are currently looking for an executive assistant to be the supportive force that empowers our senior leadership.


Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant at GearbyBear Global. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for executive administrative assistance, managing expense reports, providing executive support, and maintaining effective communication within the organization. This position is located in Marden, but allows for some remote work flexibility.


Qualifications

  • Executive Administrative Assistance, Executive Support, and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Experience in managing expense reports
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field


Responsibilities

  • Managing executives' diaries and arranging meetings
  • Handling phone calls and correspondence with professionalism
  • Assisting in preparing reports, presentations, and data entry tasks
  • Maintaining office filing systems and databases
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries
