Role Overview: Responsible for defining the radio capability strategy and owning the technical roadmap for Radio Network features. This role supports RFI/RFP processes, evaluates new radio technologies, and contributes to 3- and 5-year strategic plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead RFI/RFP evaluations and provide recommendations for radio technologies.
- Develop and implement radio capability strategies aligned with company goals.
- Support technology trials and validate new solutions.
- Act as the subject matter expert on RAN features and provide technical support across teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams to drive alignment and influence technology adoption.
- Produce technical requirements and specifications for new capabilities.
- Present strategies and roadmaps to senior management.
- Support regulatory and industry consultations on radio-related matters.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Open RAN, LTE, and 5G technologies.
