Our client is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Vice President of Sales to lead and expand their footprint in the Insurance sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives, developing new business opportunities, and fostering strong client relationships within the Insurance space.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the sales team, aligning sales objectives with the company’s overall business strategy.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Insurance sector, focusing on high-impact deals that drive significant revenue growth.
  • Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a robust pipeline and consistent achievement of sales targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations that drive strategic sales initiatives.

Professional Experience/Qualifications:


  • Leadership Experience: Over 15 years of experience in Sales within the IT industry, with significant exposure to C-Suite executives, preferably contained in the Insurance Industry.
  • Network: Extensive network of account management contacts for delivery, solution, and sales.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of industry standards, best practices, developments, client trends, and an extensive network of industry connections.
  • Business Acumen: Overall business understanding to evaluate and prioritize issues that bring the greatest partnership values.
  • Education: A Post-Graduate degree in Management preferred.
