Information Security Business Analyst - London - 6-Month Contract


Location: London (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH)

Duration: 6-month contract

Pay Rate: Up to £500 per day (inside IR35)


Cititec Talent is collaborating with a global commodities firm to find an experienced, hands-on Information Security Business Analyst for their London team. This contract role will focus on strengthening and securing the company's IT infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance the Cyber Security Incident Response and Recovery Plan
  • Lead Threat & Vulnerability Management (TVM) for high-severity issues
  • Update and deploy security policies and documentation
  • Oversee Privileged Access Management (PAM) implementation
  • Support the cloud-first strategy with a security-by-design approach
  • Design and deploy SIEM solution, evaluating the need for an in-house or outsourced SOC


Experience Required:

  • Hands-on experience in cyber and information security, including policy creation and incident management
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure, network security, and cloud systems
  • Expertise in security domains such as policy development, risk management, and compliance
  • Familiarity with data protection and third-party risk management
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying technical issues to non-technical audiences
  • Skilled in problem-solving, data analysis, and continuous improvement
