As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Junior Campaign Manager to join our team. This role is critical in overseeing the development, onboarding, and scaling of our sales teams, ensuring that all campaigns meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to our clients' success.
Position Overview:
The Junior Campaign Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting our offline marketing initiatives while working closely with our sales teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and optimization. You will be involved in every stage of the campaign lifecycle, from planning and execution to performance tracking, with a specific focus on the integration and scaling of sales teams to meet campaign objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Team Integration: Assist in the development, onboarding, and scaling of sales teams to ensure they are fully equipped to execute and support offline marketing campaigns effectively.
- KPI Management: Work closely with sales teams to set, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for each campaign, ensuring that all objectives are met and exceeded.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee the execution of offline marketing campaigns, including direct mail, print advertising, outdoor media, and event marketing, ensuring alignment with sales efforts.
- Project Coordination: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, coordinating between sales, creative, and vendor teams to ensure successful delivery of campaigns.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance data, working with sales teams to adjust strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.
- Client Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including sales metrics, and present these insights to clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Sales Involvement: Collaborate with sales teams to ensure they have the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively drive campaign success and achieve sales targets.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign processes, sales team effectiveness, and overall performance, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- A strong interest in offline/traditional marketing channels and sales integration.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and sales initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on KPI-driven results and data interpretation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with sales teams and clients.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and sales processes.
