Supply Chain Director, UK&I


Pod Talent are searching for an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Director to lead the UK&I operations for a dynamic, global FMCG business. Sitting as part of the country senior leadership board, this role requires someone with a strong foundation in S&OP and demand forecasting, capable of influencing processes across regional and local teams. You’ll manage a team of high-performing Supply Chain professionals, drive efficiencies in end-to-end supply chain processes, and bring fresh solutions to a fast-paced, matrix environment. This is a unique opportunity for a supply chain professional ready to step up and impact a respected market leader.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the full supply chain operations, including S&OP, demand forecasting, logistics, and omnichannel distribution.
  2. Drive improvements in supply chain processes, identifying pain points and implementing solutions for continuous development.
  3. Mentor and inspire a high-performing team, fostering development and collaboration across the supply chain function.
  4. Build and maintain influential relationships with EMEA and regional stakeholders, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
  5. Champion a hands-on approach to navigating matrix organization challenges and developing robust demand and S&OP processes.

Top Skills:

  1. Proven track record in S&OP and demand forecasting, ideally within a matrix or FMCG environment.
  2. Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across EMEA.
  3. Experience with omnichannel distribution, encompassing B2B, D2C, online, and boutique operations.
  4. Agile, solutions-driven mindset with a knack for improving broken or complex processes.
  5. Strategic team leadership, with the ability to engage and develop talent across a diverse team.
