As a Graduate Chemical Process Engineer with a global manufacturer, your role will be to drive forward ongoing process improvement. This challenging role requires a Masters degree qualified engineer that has gained experience in a process based heavy engineering industry either through an industrial placement or post graduation.

Your key responsibilities as Graduate Chemical Process Engineer include:

-- Conduct and deliver regular reviews as to the current status of individual projects

-- Assist in the deployment of Lean techniques throughout the site in all departments.

-- Participate in ensuring that relevant training and development programmes are established for the success of the LEAN tools to be implemented.

-- Undertake projects of improvement, extension or modification or equipment in order to optimise efficiency, reliability and safety.


Your Profile:

-- Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering

-- Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques

-- Previous experience in a process driven environment

-- Analytically minded with good problem solving skills

-- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
