We are looking for a skilled Legal Executive who specialises in corporate law to support our legal needs. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of corporate legal matters. This role requires excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with our team. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Legal Executive to join our team on a part-time basis.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice on corporate law matters, including T&Cs, corporate disputes, leases, employee contracts, supplier contracts, and compliances.
  • Draft, review, and manage various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate policies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of corporate legal strategies.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting digital marketing.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings, if necessary.


Qualifications:

  • A degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
  • CILEX-qualified (Desirable)
  • Strong knowledge of corporate legal practices and regulations in the UK.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing corporate legal matters.
  • Must live in Devon


Working Hours:

  • Part-time 1-2 days a week
