About Us: My client is a small, but growing, consultancy firm dedicated to addressing the challenges of climate change and enhancing resilience in communities and businesses. Their team is passionate about creating sustainable solutions that make a real difference. We are helping them search for a talented and experienced Climate Change and Resilience Consultant to join their dynamic team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate and adapt to climate change impacts.
  • Conduct risk assessments and resilience planning for various sectors.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest research, trends, and best practices in climate change and resilience.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in climate change, resilience, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in consultancy is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
