Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Software Delivery Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and deliver exceptional software solutions that meet our clients’ needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these benchmarks.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and manage project dependencies and resource constraints.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Implement best practices in software development and delivery processes, driving continuous improvement.
  • Track and report on project performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, quality, and customer focus within the team.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Software Delivery Manager or in a similar role within the software development industry.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
  • Certification in PMP, ScrumMaster, or similar is a plus.
