Project Manager (Telephony)


Location - Stoke/Manchester

Contract length - 6 months Outside of IR35


We are looking for a project manager to support an enterprise-scale migration of Telephony from Avaya, Five9 and Twilio across to Google.


  • This person will need to be a strong communicator and able to liaise with technical and non technical stakeholders
  • In terms of translation, it will mostly be business to technical i.e. this person will be the conduit between senior Ops people within the contact centers, understand what the baseline functionality for end-users and be able to translate to the technical teams
  • Operate both Waterfall and Agile(SCRUM), not essential
  • Broad contact centre experience
  • BA - do 'As-Is' requirements gathering and use cases
