Senior Finance Manager

Our client is fast moving, PE backed international business in the tech space. The role of Senior Finance manager is in most other businesses, a FC, as it has a finance manager reporting to it along with the AP, AR and CC reporting into it as well as a Senior Management accountant who manages month end and analysis. With the UK HQ in Manchester and a hub in London, this role could be based anywhere with over half of their employees working remotely.
In essence, this is a stepping stone for a Head of Finance role as the company is fast growing both organically and through acquisition. The successful candidate will be a chartered accountant, ideally from Big 4 or Top 10, and will have international accounting experience, managing remote teams and dealing with multiple cultures and languages. You will be a strong technical operator and will be familiar with international accounting standards, multi-currencies and FX. In addition, you will thrive in a transformational environment and will have had experience of M&A from a due diligence and business integration perspective.
Perhaps you are a Finance Manager or a small company FC and feel ready for a step up. You will be ambitious and eager to learn. You will work closely with the CFO on business projects and wider commercial analysis. If you are happy working in an imperfect environment and would like to roll up your sleeves, gain hands on Private Equity exposure and make an impact in a small but growing organisation, this could be the role for you.
Salary 80-110k plus bonus and bens
Role offered on a hybrid basis with an option to work in either London or Manchester.
