In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving revenue growth by managing key client relationships and delivering innovative solutions within financial lines broking.

What you'll get up to:
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
- Relationship building: Forge strong relationships with key decision-makers in the technology industry, including CEOs, CFOs, and other C-suite executives.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments for clients and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Deal negotiation: Negotiate complex deals with underwriters to secure the best terms for our clients.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
- Mentorship: Mentor and coach team members to enhance their sales skills and achieve their full potential.
- Market awareness: Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Representation: Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our brand.
About you:
- Experience: 8+ years of broking, account handling, or underwriting experience.
- Industry knowledge: Good knowledge of working within financial lines insurance products, including D&O, PI, Cyber, and Crime.
- Market reputation: Respected amongst underwriters in the UK/London insurance market.
- Account management: Ability to manage multiple high income accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Communication skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic mindset: Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving growth.
- Professionalism: High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.
