We have an exciting opportunity to join a Global Law Firm on a remote working basis. The function of this role is to support the Conflicts Manager to ensure all policies and procedures are in place to avoid conflicts of interest, protect confidential information, and comply with legislative and regulatory requirements.


In order to apply for this role, you should have conflicts experience gained at an international law firm or other professional services firm.


The duties of this role will include:

  • Handling legal conflict of interest matters
  • Leading commercial clearances across offices
  • Handling medium and high-complexity confidential information issues
  • Assisting with data protection queries
  • Assisting with the firm’s internal audit process
  • Reviewing internal compliance policies and procedures
  • Assisting with compliance projects
