Location: Bolton Office-based role – some hybrid working available

Salary: £31,920.00 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Contract: Fixed Term (9 – 12 months, Maternity Leave Cover)

Outcomes First Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Revenue Accountant to join our dynamic finance team.

As our Revenue Accountant, you will ensure the reporting of revenue for all OFG divisions is accurate and efficiently processed, with regular reconciliation to iSams, and the billing system.

You’ll ideally be working towards a finance qualification or a part-qualified accountant and have some experience in deferred revenue accounting and gross margin analysis. Ideally, you will also have knowledge and experience of OFG financial practices.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Recording of revenue for all schools and schools with accommodation within the group.
  • Streamline and automate revenue recognition, including the reconciliation of associated balance sheet accounts.
  • Ensure the monthly invoicing and iSams reports are accurately prepared and reconciliations produced as required.

  • The ability to take full ownership and accountability of delivering results.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment that has a high level of transactions.
  • Excellent communication skills both on the phone & written.
  • The ability to communicate and build relationships with people at different levels.
  • A high level of computer literacy with excellent excel skills.
