What You’ll Be Doing


You’ll help drive positive impact. You’ll dive into sustainability challenges, supported by a collaborative and mission-driven team, while working in an environment that values flexibility, creativity, and professional growth.


As a Senior Consultant, you’ll play an integral role, working closely with other consultants and senior leadership. Specifically, you’ll be:


  • Leading corporate sustainability reporting projects and advising on emerging regulatory standards (CSRD, ESRS, CSDDD, NFRD).
  • Developing tailored client solutions, conducting in-depth analysis, and producing creative, actionable insights.
  • Managing client relationships and projects, ensuring deliverables align with clients’ evolving needs and sustainability goals.

  • Experienced: 5+ years in consultancy or corporate environments with a focus on sustainability or related fields.
  • Informed: Practical understanding of emerging regulations and standards (CSRD, ESRS, CSDDD, NFRD), with a solid background in advisory work.
  • Problem-Solver: Loves data, process, and technical challenges.
  • Skilled Communicator: Exceptional analytical and verbal skills with the ability to convey complex issues simply and effectively.
