We are seeking a Senior Claims Adjuster to join our Clients dynamic team. Reporting to the Head of Claims, you will be responsible for managing our Clients syndicate lead and follow US and International Marine Hull, Cargo, and Liability claims.


Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Marine claims for the syndicate

- Provide technical guidance to team members

- Negotiate with clients, brokers, loss adjusters, and lawyers

- Attend market meetings

- Work on accurate and timely case reserving

- Provide feedback on claims issues to underwriters

- Attend internal reserve meetings

- Liaise with external claims administrators

- Review policy wordings


Additional Duties:

- Participate in professional development training

- Ensure accurate issuance of documentation

- Comply with regulatory policies and procedures

- Support colleagues and contribute to team objective

- Liaise with relevant business areas


Experience and Qualifications:

- 5-8 years of managing marine claims, preferably in a Lloyd’s syndicate

- Experience with binder and bordereaux management is advantageous

- Part or fully qualified ACII

- Degree-level education
