Senior Associate / Director – Design-Led Practice

Central London | Residential Projects | Hybrid Working

We are excited to partner with a renowned design-led architecture practice based in Central London, who are on the lookout for a Senior Associate or Director-level Architect to join their team. Specializing in small to medium-scale residential projects, including bespoke mews properties, one-off apartments, and more, this is an incredible opportunity for a seasoned professional to step into a pivotal leadership role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Take a lead in client-facing activities, fostering strong relationships and ensuring project excellence.
  • Secure new business opportunities and drive the growth of the practice.
  • Oversee, manage, and mentor a talented team of architects and designers.
  • Deliver exceptional design solutions, maintaining the high standards that the practice is known for.


About You:

  • ARB-registered Architect with a minimum of 10 years of post-Part 3 experience in the UK.
  • Proven track record in delivering small to medium-scale residential projects similar to mews properties and apartments.
  • Confident and capable in a client-facing role, with experience winning work and maintaining client relationships.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a hands-on approach to mentoring and developing junior staff.
  • Highly proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Demonstrates strong design capabilities and an ability to guide projects from inception to completion.
