Role

Nigel James Associates have been appointed by a one of the largest and longest established wealth planning company to recruit for a Regional Manager to lead an existing team of Financial Planner based in their West Midlands and Cheshire offices.


Requirements

You will be an experienced performance and T&C Financial Planning Manager/Leader. You will be proactive in your approach helping to drive team growth by networking and developing relationships with professional introducers. You will have the gravitas to lead highly experienced Financial Planners whilst being able to train and develop Financial Planners that are growing their book. You will work alongside the Paraplanner and Admin Manager to make sure your Financial Planners have the appropriate resource in place to deliver whilst ensuring that clients receive a high level of service. You will work with the Regional Director to delegate annual targets whilst working closely with your team to motivate and support them. You will need to be Level 4 qualified.
