Sales Team Leader

Salary: £37,500 per annum + commission (OTE of £60,000)

Hours: 8:45am-6.30pm (Monday to Friday)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Sales Experience: A Proven track record in a telephone-based sales role.
  • Drive and Enthusiasm: A strong desire to achieve and help others succeed.
  • Leadership Potential: No leadership experience? No problem We're looking for someone eager to learn how to develop others.


We will provide extensive training in our Bournemouth Head office so it is essential you are able to work away Monday to Friday- travel and accommodation paid for by us


In this varied role you will lead a team of up to three Sales Executives, as well as having the opportunity to help our customers by selling yourself. This dual position is a great opportunity for someone who wants to kick start their management career, whilst having a truly ‘hands on’ approach to their role.
