Recruitment Consultant - London

Position: Full-time, Permanent


UKR Group is a fast-growing recruitment company focusing on temporary and permanent recruitment services within the M&E, Rail, Construction, Commercial Support and Civil Engineering industries. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our team here at UKR Group.


At UKR Group, we are known for connecting top-notch talent with premier construction firms in the United Kingdom. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a vital role in matching professionals with their dream roles, contributing to the growth of the construction sector.

We offer comprehensive training tailored to your expertise level, empowering you to excel in identifying, engaging, and assessing potential candidates. You will utilize various sourcing techniques and build strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring successful placements.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Use sales, business development and marketing techniques as well as networking skills to attract business from client companies
  • Resourcing competent and qualified candidates for your projects
  • Day to day management of candidates and clients
  • Responsible for setting client and candidate site meetings
  • Strategizing for future projects
  • Use social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships


Skills and Attributes:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Knowledge of the Construction sector
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
  • Self- motivated and determined individual seeking a challenging role
  • Target driven and willing to work hard to achieve your goals
  • Good time management and organisational skills
