Overview


We are seeking a proactive and analytical Client Success Manager to join our dynamic team in the tech for retail or card link offers industry sector. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong aptitude for data analysis and reporting. You will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our products and services, fostering strong relationships, and driving client satisfaction and retention.


Key Responsibilities


Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges.


Data Analysis and Reporting


  • Analyze client data to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on client performance and usage metrics.

Client Success Strategy


  • Develop and implement client success plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
  • Ensure clients are maximizing the value of our products and services.

Product Knowledge and Training


  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services.
  • Provide clients with training and resources to enhance their usage and understanding of our offerings.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to provide relevant insights to clients.


Collaboration and Teamwork


  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Communicate client feedback and insights to internal teams to drive product improvements.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of client success strategies.


Qualifications


Experience and Industry Knowledge


  • 1-2 years of experience in a Client Success Manager or similar role.
  • Previous experience in the tech for retail or card link offers industry is highly desirable.


Analytical Skills


  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
