Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under the Ransomes, Jacobsen, E-Z-GO®, Cushman®, Bad Boy®, TUG™ and Douglas™ brands; Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.


We are seeking a Warranty Analyst who will play a key part of the service and customer care we provide our client’s by analysing warranty data and liaising with external stakeholders.


The projects/tasks will be varied. They will include, but are not limited to:

  • Reviewing and processing warranty claims in accordance with our warranty policy, consulting with service/engineering departments as necessary;
  • Preparing and reporting the departments Key Performance Indicator's (KPI) through scheduled data extracts;
  • Using data analytics as the basis for business change; presenting evidence-based recommendations for improvements to design & manufacture of our products;
  • Managing the warranty returns process, including communications with dealers and suppliers about product returning for investigation;
  • Managing warranty registrations, ensuring appropriate documentation is stored to validate warranty periods;
  • Auditing & training our dealer partners (local and abroad) on warranty processes to minimize the negative impact of vehicle faults to our customers;
  • Supervising warranty interns during their annual placement, developing them to support the warranty department & their future careers;
  • Taking on specific projects as requested & other duties as required in the daily running of the customer care department.


Minimum Qualifications/Skills/Education:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent in a business/finance field or similar is desirable;
  • Clear written and verbal communications with an ability to summarise and communicate results from large amounts of data both visually and in words;
  • Ability to analyse and compile necessary data, then present recommendations to management;
  • Excellent customer service and organisational skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft based applications and IT literate;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining effective communications regarding status and updates of functions;
  • Must possess the ability to interface effectively with other functional areas of the company as well as a worldwide customer base;
  • Effective time management skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines;
  • Ability to work well under time pressure, to the highest professional standards;
  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite is desirable;
  • You should be detail oriented and take pride in your work;
  • You should be autonomous and look to add value to everything you do.
