What You'll Do:

  • Be a technical hero Resolve complex issues and escalations for our technological client users.
  • Provide expert guidance to help them achieve their business goals.
  • Advocate for the client by providing feedback and suggesting improvements to the platform and development teams.
  • Play a key role in knowledge sharing and process improvement initiatives.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A Bachelor's in Computer Science (or a related technical degree) or 1+ years of relevant technical support experience.
  • Familiarity with object-oriented programming languages like Java.
  • Understanding of web application components.
  • Working knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell).
  • Basic understanding of Linux/Unix and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle).
