Responsibilities

  • To manage and handle the air freight solutions from beginning to end for both imports and exports
  • Manage data integrity
  • File completion, Invoicing, Credit Notes
  • Estimates/Costings
  • Ensure correct FOREX block buying is done with teams reporting centrally
  • Query Resolution
  • Tracks and manages transporter and agent service levels, service delivery
  • Rate Management
  • Assigns transporters for customer deliveries considering transporter rates and service level
  • Build the route/trade lane
  • Build consoles



Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 7 years experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 software
  • Ability to work in a team and effectively contribute through collaboration.
  • A key requirement is for the induvial to be able to critically think and problem solve.
