Paraplanner

The Paraplanner will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including financial planning, conducting thorough research, analysing pensions and investments, recommendation report writing, and liaising with advisers.

Qualifications

  • Level 4 Diploma Qualified
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar Paraplanning role
  • Proactive and self motivated
  • Strong financial planning skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Experience with pensions, investments, and tax calculations
  • Proficient in report writing and cashflow modelling
  • Ability to provide sound financial advice and support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good mathematical skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are essential
  • Preferably familiar with tools such as FE Analytics and Defaqto, and providers such as Quilter
