Role Overview:

The Data Analyst will deliver high-quality creative insights, identifying trends and patterns in diverse data sets related to media KPIs on social and programmatic platforms. These insights will be transformed into actionable strategies for clients and presented to key stakeholders.

The role also involves product innovation, particularly in AI creative optimization and automated creative tagging. Managing and mentoring junior team members is a key responsibility. Staying updated on industry news and its implications for the company and clients is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse diverse data sets to identify trends and patterns.
  • Formulate actionable insights and present them to clients and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to product development, especially AI-driven tools.
  • Manage and upskill junior team members.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and share relevant updates with the team.

Essential Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in insights, data, or business analysis within the media industry.
  • Strong quantitative background with an understanding of statistical techniques (A/B testing, hypothesis testing, regression modelling).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including data visualization and dashboard creation.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills for handling complex data sets.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills for articulating ideas and presenting findings.
  • Proactive and self-starting, with a drive to improve practices and techniques.
  • Solid skills in PowerPoint for creating data-driven narratives.
  • Understanding of the digital media landscape, including media planning and programmatic processes.
