We are at Coforge hiring for UI/UX designer with Salesforce and Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision,


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and prototype user interfaces for Salesforce applications and components, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with best UX practices.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that communicate design concepts clearly to stakeholders and developers.
  • Lead user research and testing, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and other methodologies to gather insights and feedback.
  • Work within the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) to ensure consistency and adherence to platform-specific design principles.
  • Optimize user experience across multiple devices and screen sizes, including desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
  • Conduct UX audits on existing Salesforce implementations to identify areas of improvement in usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.
  • Advocate for best practices in UX/UI design and stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on Salesforce projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and experience designing for Salesforce Lightning.
  • Proven ability to lead user research and usability testing sessions, with a deep understanding of human-centered design principles.
  • Experience working within Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus (though not required for the design role).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing past Salesforce UI/UX design projects and a track record of delivering high-quality, user-friendly solutions.
