What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive Innovation: Conduct quantitative analyses that directly support our liquidity and product teams, influencing key decisions and strategy.
  • Analyze and Optimize: Use advanced statistical and data analysis tools to uncover insights and trends that will shape our market approach.
  • Collaborate with Traders: Work closely with our trading team to research, test, and refine models for maximum impact.
  • Cross-functional Integration: Partner with teams across the organization to bring quantitative insights into real-world strategies, from ideation to production.

What We’re Looking For

  • Advanced Degree: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in a quantitative field (Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related area).
  • Blockchain Savvy: Hands-on experience with on-chain analytics and data sources like Dune Dashboard, CoinMarketCap, or Glassnode.
  • Quantitative Research Expertise: Skilled in methodologies such as time series analysis, machine learning, optimization, and backtesting frameworks.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Logical, resilient, and results-oriented; thrives under pressure and is eager to tackle complex challenges.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Can simplify complex quantitative concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English or Mandarin.
