ABOUT THE ROLE

Financial Planning & Analysis:

  • Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting for the global operations.
  • Consolidate and analyse financial data from multiple international sites to provide a clear overview of the company’s performance.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning across the global operations.
  • Identify and implement improvements in financial processes and systems to increase accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure best practices in FP&A are applied consistently across all regions.


Strategic Initiatives:

  • Work closely with the CFO to evaluate and execute strategic initiatives, including expansion into new markets, acquisitions, and major investments.
  • Conduct financial due diligence and prepare in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making on key global projects.


Reporting, Analysis, and Business Partnering:

  • Partner with operational leads and site managers in key regions to understand their financial challenges and provide actionable insights.
  • Deliver financial reports that accurately reflect the performance of the global operations, with a focus on cash flow, liquidity, and treasury management.
  • Perform variance analysis and offer recommendations to optimise financial outcomes across all regions.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting across all global entities.


Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Support the CFO in leading and mentoring the finance team, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Work closely with international finance teams to ensure alignment with global financial goals and practices.


CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have extensive experience in FP&A within a global manufacturing environment.
  • Be a hands-on FP&A professional with strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to manage complex financial planning processes across multiple international regions.
  • Have experience in partnering with senior leadership, including CFOs, to support strategic decision-making.
  • Be proficient in improving financial processes and systems within a global context.
  • Possess strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with international teams.
  • Be adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
