IBA is the leading provider of advisory services, data and analytics to the commercial aviation industry.
We are looking for an experienced and results driven B2B Product Marketing Manager with exceptional SaaS experience to drive lead generation and growth for our aviation data and analytics product suite.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be a part of a 4-person team, who are passionate about aviation and enjoy finding new ways to connect with our audiences.
You would be an intuitive self-starter and a collaborative team player with a proven track record in delivering excellent marketing results.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Product Messaging and Positioning - Partner with our Product team to develop compelling product positioning and messaging that resonate with our customers and differentiate us from our competitors
- Market, customer and competitive analysis - Understand our target market, industries, regions and our competitors’ products#
- Develop GTM strategies - To drive new business and growth for our aviation data and analytics products
- Create innovative lead generation campaigns, customer nurture journeys - by industry sector, customer segment and region
- Achieve lead generation goals for our aviation data and analytics products, including: IBA Insight, IBA Airlines and IBA NetZero
- Create a customer engagement strategy to drive usage, engagement, upsell and retention
- Customer feedback – regularly check our customer pulse, share regular product enhancements and updates, showing that we listen to our customers and respond to feedback
- Partner closely with our sales and CS team – communicate effectively, tune into customer feedback and ensure sales are supported with content
Skills and Experience Required
- Proven track record in a similar role. 5yrs experience required
- Bachelors Degree in business, marketing, communications or related field
- B2B experience in marketing a Saas product
- Experience in/Knowledge of the aviation market
- Proven ability to work with product, sales and marketing teams to drive product growth
- Experience using customer, competitor and market intelligence to inform product roadmap and GTM strategy
- Ability to engage audiences through incredible storytelling
- Strong digital skills e.g. use of CMS, Wordpress, Google Analytics, Linked In,Pardot, Salesforce
- Highly collaborative with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Extremely organised and accountable
- Great team player
