**Responsibilities Included**
- Provide excellent technical and commercial advice on complex matters.
- Engage with existing and prospective clients to articulate the commercial team's offering.
- Drive significant business development activities for the department and firm.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships as a trusted adviser to business owners and key decision-makers.
- Support and develop the team while managing personal effectiveness and self-management.
