Overview

A well-known global leader in the Printing Solutions space is looking for a Sales Manager responsible for expanding, managing, and leading a skilled and experienced sales team within the Industrial Print division, based in the UK&I. The focus is on both labelling and packaging printing technology solutions, with an emphasis on developing new revenue streams.


The candidate they are seeking will be motivated to move into a director level role within circa 12 months.



Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and guide an experienced sales team
  • Achieve and surpass revenue goals
  • Acquire new customers within the UK and Ireland regions
  • Cultivate and maintain customer relationships
  • Conduct financial forecasting for the Labels & Packaging Business Unit



Requirements:

  • Strong network and established client portfolio within the UK Labels & Packaging industry
  • Proven experience in sales team management
  • Experience working in large corporate or multinational organisations



Details

  • Circa £90,000 base (flexible depending on experience) with OTE of £140,000
  • Car allowance £7,000
  • Remote based with travel to client site (Largely Midlands based)
  • Progression into a Director level position
