Strong heritage brand requires a Pattern Cutter to ensure that the best possible quality garments can be produced in line with seasonal deadlines. You will be meticulous and adaptable with a strong foundation in garment construction and have a creative mindset to address challenges in pattern development



Your responsibilities will include:


  • Create sample and development patterns
  • Attend fit meetings and make accurate notes
  • Work closely with factories and inhouse machinists to resolve any pattern issues
  • Assist with pattern grading




Candidates will need:


  • Prior pattern cutting experience within womenswear fashion trends
  • Strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of creative pattern cutting.
  • Knowledge of grading is advantageous
  • Confidence in collaborating with multiple teams



This role is offered on a hybrid working basis with 1 day working from home and remaining in the office plus flexible hours and Buy & sell holiday scheme
