The Role:


As the range of projects that we work on grow, so does our team We're currently looking to hire an MS365 Analyst at our coastal office in Weymouth.


This is a role for an in-house expert for Microsoft 365 products. You will be supporting the business in utilising MS365 products to deliver solutions. Specifically you will be expected to support SharePoint, Teams and PowerApps.


You will:

Produce specifications for MS365 projects.

Develop business solutions using MS365 technology, including testing and deployment.

Provide 2nd line support for MS365 products.

Supply MS365 consultancy and training materials for IT and users.

Monitoring changes to the MS365 product portfolio and developing an appropriate strategy for the business.

Establish standards for the MS365 suite. Produce and maintain procedures and documentation.


About You:

We’re looking enthusiastic individual to join our team A person who is comfortable working both individually and as part of a team.


You Will:

Minimum 2 years’ experience of delivering solutions with MS365 including MS Teams, SharePoint/SharePoint Online, Power Apps/Flow

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level qualifications in IT, Scientific or Engineering discipline.

The ability to plan to meet deadlines and maintain a professional image as a representative of the Business Solution Team.

Experience of collaborating with 3rd parties to deliver solutions.

Able to build stable and useful working relationships.

Able to communicate effectively face to face and in writing with people at various levels in an organisation.

Possess strong communication skills.

Experience training and coaching others.

Experience working in complex IT environments.

A good working knowledge of general business software applications

Experience with PowerShell. (Desirable)

Experience of integrating SharePoint online with third party applications. (Desirable)

Experience with front end/CSS skills. (Desirable)

Ability to work additional hours from time to time to meet key operational requirements. (Desirable)
