About the Role

This Workforce Management Platform now require an additional Talent Manager to take the lead in supporting a newly won creative agency in Germany.


The Talent Manager will play a pivotal role in maximizing the agency’s use of the platform, ensuring they source and secure the best freelance talent for a range of high-impact projects.


The Talent Manager will be the agency’s main point of contact, helping them navigate the platform to match the best freelancers with their project briefs. This role emphasizes service excellence, client education, and supporting the recruitment process, ensuring smooth and successful outcomes for both clients and candidates.



Key responsibilities include:

  • Talent Sourcing: Leveraging the platform’s database, external networks, and personal candidate networks (especially in Germany) to source top-tier freelance talent.
  • Client Education: Actively guiding clients on how to use the platform effectively, conducting demos, and advising on best practices for sourcing freelancers.
  • Matchmaking: Assessing candidates’ skills and experience to ensure they are the right fit for specific client briefs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with sales, operations, and client teams to ensure smooth operations and a seamless talent pipeline.
  • Freelancer Engagement: Building strong relationships with freelancers, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement with the platform.



Key Responsibilities

  • Freelance Recruitment: Assist a creative agency in Germany by sourcing top-tier talent from the platform’s database and personal network for a variety of roles.
  • Client Consultation & Education: Provide platform demos, educate clients on sourcing freelancers, and offer guidance on using the platform to its full potential.
  • Freelancer-Centric Matching: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring the perfect match between freelancers and project requirements based on skills, experience, and client needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales and operations, to ensure a smooth experience for clients and a strong talent pipeline.
  • Freelancer Retention: Foster lasting relationships with freelancers, driving high satisfaction and ongoing engagement with the platform.



What We’re Looking For

  • Recruitment Experience: At least 1 year of recruitment experience, either in-house or agency, ideally focused on sourcing creative, digital, or marketing talent. Experience hiring for roles in tech, data, design, photography, and copywriting is a plus.


  • Fluency in German & English: A high level of fluency in both written and spoken German and English is essential.


  • Creative Industry Knowledge: Experience recruiting for creative agencies or understanding how creative agencies operate is a strong advantage.


  • Freelancer Network: Ideally, you will have an existing network of creative or digital freelancers in Germany, or at least the ability to confidently source top talent in these fields.


  • Start-Up Experience: Experience working in a dynamic, fast-evolving start-up environment is highly desirable. This company is agile and fast-paced
