All-Age Continuing Care (AACC) have an exciting opportunity to join the busy operational administration team at Bridge House in Sleaford. Main duties of the job
This role involves data inputting of patient information, telephone contact with patients and the clinical staff, processing letters, sending and responding to emails and providing a high level of general administration support for All-Age Continuing Care.
This role is located within the operational admin team in this role you will be supporting the brokerage and clinical admin functions off AACC. Brokerage focuses on sourcing care home placements and home care packages of care provided by agencies or the set up of a PHB. Clinical admin focuses on processing incoming referrals arranging assessments and processing review outcomes.
