CRM & Digital Marketing Manager – FTC 3-4 months

The Role
We're looking for a CRM & Digital Marketing Manager who will play a crucial role in shaping and executing brand campaigns, activations, and communications throughout the member and guest journey. This role will act as the brand's guardian, ensuring consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints. You'll collaborate with teams across creative, membership, digital, events, HR, and finance to deliver effective marketing activities on time and within budget. Additionally, you'll take ownership of the brand's voice, crafting compelling communications for both members and external audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically plan, implement, and analyse CRM campaigns, while acting as the internal expert for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including template creation, journey building, and personalized communications.
- Coordinate CRM projects with cross-functional teams and external partners, managing the entire process from planning to execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Collaborate with various teams to understand business and member needs, advising on best practices in CRM marketing.
- Manage digital member communications, such as app notifications and email workflows, and assist with new marketing automation setups by designing, building, and refining workflows for both marketing and transactional campaigns.
- Work closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager to refine social content strategies across relevant channels.
- Maintain website and app content using CMS platforms (WordPress/Wagtail) to keep it fresh, engaging, and up to date.
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing activities, working alongside internal departments like creative, membership, digital, events, HR, and finance, all within budget.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a similar CRM & digital marketing role is essential.
- Expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a must.
- Solid understanding of the luxury lifestyle market, private membership clubs, or high-end hospitality businesses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
- A personable, supportive approach with a passion for fostering diversity, equality, and inclusion.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress/Wagtail) and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
