Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and select candidates for operational and office roles within the Group.
- Collaboration: Work closely with management to develop job descriptions and create compelling job advertisements.
- Recruitment Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including conducting interviews, assessments, and providing timely feedback to candidates.
- Talent Attraction: Utilize job boards, social media, and LinkedIn to attract high-quality candidates.
- Onboarding: Manage candidate onboarding, ensuring that all necessary documentation and checks are completed efficiently.
- Recruitment Events: Assist in organizing and supporting recruitment events such as open days and job fairs.
Qualifications
Experience: Previous recruitment experience in the Warehouse and Transport sectors is essential.
Required Skills
- Skills: Strong multitasking, prioritization, and deadline management abilities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational capabilities and proficiency in MS Office.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Right to Work checks and recruitment systems.
