In addition to our video security heritage, we are actively growing new business areas such as professional AV, fire detection and intruder alarms.
The UK and Ireland is an important mature market for Dahua Technology. Since our arrival almost ten years ago we’ve seen significant growth. Marketing is a critical enabler of our continued growth; as such, we continue to invest and grow the capabilities in the team. The Senior Channel Marketing Specialist plays a significant role in supporting and driving this growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Channel marketing, working closely with our dealers and distributors to optimise Dahua brand awareness and sales performance. You’ll work closely with our account managers and directly with customers marketing teams to deliver excellent sell in and sell out performance.
- Store branding and merchandising, ensuring Dahua is represented in the best possible way in the retail areas of our partner’s premises. You’ll be responsible for the branding in store and our branded merchandise proposals and plans.
- Campaign management to support the business's priorities of selling into channels and supporting partner’s sales activities. You’ll need strong planning and organisation in addition to the ability to develop and implement ideas to support our growth.
- Channel partner events, electronic media and marketing activity. You’ll work closely with our channel partners to deliver effective events and support with social media, our customer facing sales tools such as our Partner App and have access to a broad marketing mix to deliver results.
As a core member of the marketing team, you’ll also be involved with other elements of the marketing mix including digital, print and social media. We’re a growing business with new categories being added to the business. You’ll need to be able to learn quickly, develop plans and execute accurately

- Motivated, conscientious ability to multi-task, be strategic and analytical when required.
- Technically competent; we don’t need you to be an expert in pro av, fire, video security, intruder or any one of our product categories. We do expect you to have a thirst to learn and assess the right marketing tools and engagement to deliver results.
- Ideally, you will have experience in B2B channel marketing and working with partners to support sales growth. Not essential but a definite bonus.
Requirements:
- To have at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Have a valid UK driving license.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in a Marketing related field or relevant experience within a corporate or agency background.
- Excellent written and spoken English language.
- Fluent spoken Mandarin would be very advantageous.
