About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our dynamic team for an exciting offshore wind farm project currently in the planning stages. This is a 12-month contract position with a high probability of extension, reflecting the ongoing nature of the project.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and control project documents using M-Files DMS and SharePoint.
  • Ensure all project documentation is correctly filed, accessible, and up-to-date.
  • Work closely with a dedicated team of three, reporting directly to the Document Manager.
  • Facilitate the smooth flow of documents between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation of document control procedures and systems.


Ideal Candidate:


  • Proven experience in document control within the energy sector, preferably in offshore wind projects.
  • Proficiency in using M-Files DMS and SharePoint is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to document management.


Working Conditions:


  • Hybrid working model with 4 days per month required in their Dublin office; the rest of the time, you will work remotely from the home.
  • Laptop and necessary equipment provided.
