In the last 12 months, changes implemented have resulted in a 25% increase in turnover, the recruitment of a new Head of Property, launch of a London office with the recruitment of a corporate partner with international experience in several major UK firms, implementation of new tech across the whole business, appointment of a new Managing Director, and a change of ownership. This firm is one of the fastest growing and profitable commercial boutiques in the UK and we want to extend that opportunity to solicitors in the Midlands.
Client demand and continued projected growth means that we would like to recruit a number of solicitors into the corporate and commercial real estate teams from partner to junior level. No client following is required as the work sources are available and ready to be expanded once expertise bandwidth is increased.
To qualify technically, you must be a qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience in corporate or commercial property law, up to and including partners.
